What is included in the price?
The listed features, responsive development and the stated revision rounds. Preset customisation is £249 for 1–3 pages or £399 for up to five pages, with an existing layout and one revision round. Personalised one-page and business packages include two rounds and more individual design. DIY template files are £49 and exclude customisation and deployment. A written scope confirms inclusions and exclusions; domains, hosting and third-party fees are separate.
How do development and payments work?
You receive a written scope, total price and schedule before agreeing to development or preset customisation. A 30% deposit counts towards that price and is due before development starts. The remaining 70% is due after your review and before final handover. DIY template files are supplied manually after full payment and the agreed delivery arrangements. Extra work needs your approval and an agreed price first. No payment is collected here; cancellation and refund arrangements are on the services page.
Will I own my website?
After full payment, you receive the agreed files, access and handover. Copyright LumenWild owns in bespoke project work transfers under a signed written agreement. Reusable preset templates are licensed for one business website, with editing allowed; their underlying copyright stays with LumenWild. Third-party materials retain their licences. Your quote identifies existing components and usage rights, and domain and hosting accounts should be in your name.
Can you work on an existing website?
Yes. Development and bug fixes start at £35/hour. The first step is to review the existing setup and agree what can be changed, with an estimate before work begins.
