WORKING TOGETHER
Your idea, your audience, your goals. Let’s work out what you need.
An agreed scope, transparent quote, milestones and payment schedule.
Thoughtful design and development, with space for your feedback.
A careful launch, a practical handover and support for original defects.
Before work starts, we agree a written scope, proposed schedule, total price and payment stages: 30% before development and 70% after your review, before handover. Website packages include the revision rounds listed above. Extra changes are discussed and quoted before they’re made.
You review the working result before approving handover. Final files and agreed access are handed over after full payment. Bespoke ownership transfers under your signed project agreement. See the project terms below for revision, ownership and cancellation details.
For 60 days from handover, defects arising from the original development are fixed at no extra development charge. Report the problem with enough detail to reproduce it.
New features, content changes and issues introduced by later modifications or third-party changes are outside the complimentary scope. This guarantee does not limit customers’ statutory rights.
PROJECT TERMS
LumenWild provides the development services described here. See the business operator and contact information. Sending a quote request is an enquiry. A project starts only after we agree a written scope, price and schedule. Your agreement confirms the deliverables, exclusions, total payable and any third-party costs before you commit.
The Personalised One-page Website includes one page and the Personalised Business Website includes up to five pages; both include two revision rounds. One round means one consolidated list of feedback on the delivered design or build, with refinements within the agreed brief. New pages, new features or a changed brief are extra work, quoted for approval before it begins. Correcting an original development defect does not use up a revision round. Advanced projects and maintenance have their page count, revision allowance and scope set out individually in the quote.
The £249 Template customisation service covers 1–3 pages and the £399 LumenWild Starter Website covers up to five pages, using an existing preset layout. Both include your supplied branding and content, a mobile-friendly layout, contact form, basic SEO, deployment and one revision round. A preset is an affordable, professionally designed starting point. It uses an existing layout with your branding and content; personalised work offers more individual design and layout flexibility. Additional pages within that preset cost £50 each; custom features, new layouts, copywriting and further changes are separately quoted.
The £49 DIY download is a responsive one-page HTML/CSS template with editing instructions. Customisation, contact-form setup, hosting and deployment services are excluded. Files are supplied manually after full payment and the agreed delivery arrangements. A non-exclusive licence lets you edit and use the preset for one business website. LumenWild retains reusable template copyright; template files must not be resold or redistributed as templates. Any separately agreed bespoke work follows the ownership terms below.
Before a consumer buys digital files, we confirm the functionality, compatibility, licence, delivery arrangements and cancellation information. Supply during an applicable 14-day cancellation period begins only with express consent and acknowledgement that starting the download or digital delivery ends the cancellation right, confirmed in a form you can keep. Otherwise delivery waits until the cancellation period ends. Statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed digital content remain unchanged.
Optional preset maintenance is £25/month under a separate scope and cancellation agreement confirmed before billing. It does not include unlimited revisions or new features. Domain, hosting and third-party fees are separate. No order, subscription or payment starts when you submit an enquiry.
For development and preset customisation, a 30% deposit is due after you accept the written agreement and before development starts. It counts towards the total project price. The remaining 70% is due after your review and before final handover. Listed package development prices include any applicable VAT; domains, hosting and third-party services are separate and identified in your quote. No payment is collected on this website.
After full payment, you receive the agreed source files, project access and handover. Copyright that LumenWild owns in bespoke work created for your project transfers to you under a signed written agreement. Third-party code, images, fonts and services keep their own licences. Any existing LumenWild components and the rights you receive to use them are identified before you agree. Domain and hosting accounts should be registered in your name.
Email [email protected] as soon as possible if you need to cancel. For business projects, or after an applicable consumer cancellation period, we explain any charge for work already completed and unavoidable agreed project costs. We take reasonable steps to reduce losses, avoid charging twice for the same loss and refund the remaining advance payment. Deposits are not automatically forfeited. Your statutory rights remain unchanged.
If you buy our services as a consumer online, by email or by phone, you normally have until 14 days after the day the contract is agreed to cancel without giving a reason. Email us with a clear cancellation request. Your agreement includes the cancellation information and a model cancellation form; you do not have to use that form to cancel.
We start during that period only if you expressly ask us to. If you then cancel, you pay only the proportionate amount for services supplied before cancellation, where the required information was provided. Starting work alone does not remove your cancellation right. If we fully complete the service during that period, the right ends only if you requested the early start and acknowledged beforehand that full completion would end it.
Any refund due following a statutory cancellation is made within 14 days of your cancellation notice, using the original payment method unless you agree otherwise, without a refund fee. The 60-day bug-fix guarantee above is additional to your statutory rights.
BEFORE WE BEGIN
The listed features, responsive development and the stated revision rounds. Preset customisation is £249 for 1–3 pages or £399 for up to five pages, with an existing layout and one revision round. Personalised one-page and business packages include two rounds and more individual design. DIY template files are £49 and exclude customisation and deployment. A written scope confirms inclusions and exclusions; domains, hosting and third-party fees are separate.
You receive a written scope, total price and schedule before agreeing to development or preset customisation. A 30% deposit counts towards that price and is due before development starts. The remaining 70% is due after your review and before final handover. DIY template files are supplied manually after full payment and the agreed delivery arrangements. Extra work needs your approval and an agreed price first. No payment is collected here; cancellation and refund arrangements are on the services page.
After full payment, you receive the agreed files, access and handover. Copyright LumenWild owns in bespoke project work transfers under a signed written agreement. Reusable preset templates are licensed for one business website, with editing allowed; their underlying copyright stays with LumenWild. Third-party materials retain their licences. Your quote identifies existing components and usage rights, and domain and hosting accounts should be in your name.
Yes. Development and bug fixes start at £35/hour. The first step is to review the existing setup and agree what can be changed, with an estimate before work begins.
Timing depends on the agreed scope, current availability and when content and feedback are ready. A realistic schedule is agreed in writing before work starts. A desired completion date is useful context, rather than a guaranteed deadline.
Original development defects are covered by a 60-day complimentary bug-fix guarantee from handover on development/customisation projects. New features, content changes and third-party changes are quoted separately. Your statutory rights are not limited. Optional preset maintenance is £25/month; personalised website maintenance starts from £40/month, with scope and cancellation terms agreed separately. DIY files include instructions rather than a managed maintenance service.
No. Every demo uses fictional content. Baskets, checkout and bookings are examples that run in your browser. They do not send orders or notifications and never process payments.
